Shipping
We endeavor to dispatch all orders on Tuesdays and Fridays of every week.
Deliver may take between 1 to 5 business days based on state. Our customers in WA and NT can expect their shipment to arrive within 7 to 10 days of dispatch.
Please note that some of our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
Returns
We accept returns of damaged goods within 15 days of purchase. We can either send a replacement or refund the order amount in full. Please contact online @ shellac.net.au for return address as the address varies on the items purchased.
