Gilly’s Pure Hemp Oil

Description

Cold-pressed pure hemp seed oil from cannabis sativa spp. Can be used as a timber finish, chalk paint sealant, or as an ingredient in skincare products.

Application

Make sure the surface is clean and free of dust. If applying over chalk paint, wait for 12 hours for the paint to dry.

Use a lint-free rag, paintbrush, or sponge to apply a thin coat of hemp oil on the surface. Let it soak into the finish for 12 hours before applying another coat. Apply up to three coats on high-wear areas like chair seats, handrails, or table tops. Buff to achieve a gentle lustre.

Drying time is around 12 hours, but it can take up to 30 days to fully cure. It’s safe to use gently during this period.

For maintenance, re-apply as needed, typically every two years, or when the surface becomes faded or dry.

Clean Up with warm, soapy water or a solvent such as Gilly’s Citrus Thin.
